Scope

The UCKG HelpCentre complies with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by keeping personal data up to date; by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data.

With regards the website nothingtolose.org.uk and the showcasing of the Nothing to Lose movie in the UK, the UCKG HelpCentre is both controller and processer.

Data we collect

Data we collect when you use this website

When you use this website we collect information about your device such as IP address, device IDs, cookie data. This information is collected to give us statistics about the event.

Data we collect when you purchase a ticket

Name and mobile number are collected to allow us to contact the individual in the event of any change on session time and/or screen including anything related to the organisation of the event.

Data we collect at the Venue

Official photos will be taken from individuals while waiting to enter the screen session and/or in auditoriums before the movie starts. In this case, the legitimate interest is our legal basis to process your data. You have the right to object to your appearance in any official photos, and to exercise this right, you as an individual must notify in writing – in advance – our Data Protection Officer at dpo@uckg.org, and we will take the right measures, consequently blurring your face in any photo you may appear.

We reserve the right to publish your photo in all our social media platforms, any press releases, and this website, in the case that your objection is not made clear in advance.

Data retention

We are going to keep the data for the period of the movie exhibition no later than 2 June 2018. After the display of the movie all the personal information collected will be destroyed, with the exception of all the photos that will be made public for the period of 6 years. Spoilers alert, if you really want to know why we are keeping photos for this long, do send us an email and we will tell you, but do not say that you were not alerted of spoilers.

The legal basis to process your data is legitimate interest and as such we can keep your details as long as you are interested to watch the movie. If you change your mind please contact our offices in writing in due time via e-mail at dpo@uckg.org

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal details with any other company with the following exceptions:

Google Analytics: Device ID, IP Address and cookie data is shared with Google for the statistics of this website.

Odeon Cinema: The provider will be provide with your name and ticket number for the purpose to organise the sessions.

Christian Books Plus: When you acquire a book, your personal data will be handled according to Christian Books Plus Privacy Policy that you can consult via christianbooks-plus.com

PayPal: If you chose to pay via PayPal, your personal data will be handled according to PayPal Privacy Policy that you can consult via paypal.com/gb
